Corey Ochsner, AIA, NCARB, DBIA

Since joining Fentress Studios, a Populous Company, in 2003, Corey Ochsner has brought dedication and passion for timeless architectural solutions to every project. Inspired by a love of the outdoors and a fascination with how structures interact with their environments, he believes that understanding a site’s unique characteristics is essential to delivering design that is both inspiring and functional.

Corey has extensive experience leading large-scale, complex design projects, with a particular focus on airports. He has helped deliver projects that combine detailed craftsmanship with innovative design, including BNA, SJC, PDX, LAX, RDU, and DEN. Known for connecting clients’ visions and functional goals while navigating programmatic requirements and regulatory processes, he is a trusted leader for projects that require both creativity and precision.

Beyond his design work, Corey is an active speaker and participant in industry organizations including AAAE, ACI, and DBIA. He also serves his community through leadership roles such as chair of his local Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails Advisory Committee. An avid snowboarder and mountain biker, he brings the same energy and curiosity he channels outdoors into every project he leads.
